Our Return, Replacement, and Refund policy is valid for 30 days on most products unless otherwise stated. Any software, digital products, or licenses purchased from printmartshop.online that have been installed, activated, downloaded, or used are non-refundable.
Only items purchased directly from printmartshop.online are eligible for return, replacement, or exchange. Products marked as non-returnable will remain non-returnable. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the product value may apply where applicable.
Non-Returnable / Limited Return Items
Exceptions to return eligibility include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards (except where required by law)
- Packaged software if the original seal or packaging has been opened
- Software downloads, digital upgrades, or licenses
- Large format printers or specialized equipment unless the item is defective or the return is due to a printmartshop.online error
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Any product explicitly marked as non-returnable
printmartshop.online reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of excessive returns, suspected abuse, or policy violations.
Return Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting us via email or through our support channel.
Once approved, a return label (if applicable) will be emailed to you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Unauthorized returns may result in delayed processing or denial of refund. Customers are responsible for items lost or stolen during unauthorized returns.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned computers, printers, or equipment may be inspected and tested upon receipt. Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- The product condition is misrepresented
- The product shows signs of misuse, damage, or tampering
- Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing
- The product is no longer in resellable condition
Higher restocking fees may apply based on product condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact printmartshop.online customer support immediately. We may offer a replacement of the same or a similar product.
All delivery-related issues must be reported within 10 days of delivery or the last tracking update. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.
In some cases, the original product must be returned before a replacement is shipped.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, our customer service team will assist you. A restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund or exchange is completed.
printmartshop.online reserves the right to deny refunds for items that are damaged, altered, incomplete, or not received by our warehouse.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Payment & Promotional Adjustments
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
If part of a bundled purchase or promotional offer is returned, any applied discounts may be adjusted accordingly. To receive a full refund, all items from the original order must be returned.
For promotional bundles, refunds are calculated by deducting the full price of returned items from the total paid amount.
If your purchase was financed, refunds will not include interest or non-refundable charges, and you remain responsible for your financing agreement.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, unless the return is due to a defect or an error by printmartshop.online. Any deductions will be clearly mentioned in the refund confirmation email.
